Returns / Refunds

RETURN POLICY

Returns & Adjustments: Any returned package must be clearly labeled with a “Returned Goods Authorization” (RGA) number which is given by GoRhino! Products® prior to a return.

All item(s) returned for refund or exchange will be inspected and photographed upon receipt and must be in a new/resalable condition.

This means that the items are in their original packaging, and have all installation hardware, instructions and other paperwork intact.

Handling fees of up to 25% may be charged for repacking and/or special processing.

All special order items are non-returnable.

Return Policy: Customers are eligible to make a return according to the following guidelines:

1. Returns must be approved in advance with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

2. RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION (RGA) WILL BE REFUSED AT THE CUSTOMER’S COST. (FREIGHT).

3. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR ITEMS RECEIVED WITH MISSING HARDWARE/BRACKETS.

4. All goods received must be in resalable condition, normal wear and tear will be accepted. Handling fees of up to 25% may be charged

5. Partial or no credit will be issued on items with excessive damages. Go Rhino® will make this determination.

6. All returns must be within 30-Days of Invoice

* Items shipped in error by Go Rhino® will be reshipped at the expense of Go Rhino® or appropriate credit will be issued.

Shipping Claims: Must be filed by the customer with the carrier at time of delivery. If it is necessary to refuse shipment because of damage, you must notify Go Rhino® immediately.

Missing Shipments / Items: In the event that a shipment is lost notify Go Rhino® within 48 hours so that a tracer can be filed on the missing package with the carrier. Go Rhino is unable to process your claim without this notification
