Go Rhino invites you to socialize and share your experiences with us using Social Media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok and Instagram. If you choose to use these tools, you may be sharing certain profile elements, including your comments. This sharing is subject to each social media program’s privacy policies. We may use Facebook Social Plugins to allow Facebook to share information and friends’ activities with its members while they are on our Site. For example, Social Plugins allow Facebook to show you your friends’ "Likes" on our product pages if you are logged into Facebook while using the services on our Site. Go Rhino does not receive or control any of the content from Facebook Social Plugins.

Go Rhino may provide links to other websites to you solely as a convenience, and the inclusion of linked sites does not imply endorsement of any of the linked sites by Go Rhino. Cookies Information:When you visit the Site, we may send one or more cookies – a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log infaster and enhance your navigation through the Site. Log File Information:Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you access a web page. When you register with, or view ourSite, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses or other device identifiers, browser information, Internet Service Provider ("ISP"),operating system, location, date/time stamp, clickstream data, referring/exit pages and URLs, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.

Clear Gifs Information:When you use the Site or services, we may employ clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our users anonymously. No personal information from your accountis collected using these clear gifs. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. The information is used to enable more accurate reporting, improvethe effectiveness of our marketing, and make this Site better for our users.

We  have the right to remove any such information or material for any reason or no reason including, without limitation, if in our sole opinion, such information or material violates, or may violate, any applicable law or our Terms of Use, or to protect or defend Go Rhino’s rights or property or those of any third party. Go Rhino also reserves the right to remove information upon the request of any third party.

We use cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Site; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our Site and services; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors and traffic; (e) diagnose or fix technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific web company or ISP; and (f) help you efficiently access information.

Personally Identifiable Information: Go Rhino will not rent or sell your personal information to others. We may disclose personally-identifying, and potentially personally-identifying, information to those of our employees, contractors (including website operators), affiliated organizations, service providers, promotional partners and other third parties that provide support services to us or help us market our products and services, administer our programs and operations, fulfill your requests and orders, administer surveys, contests, and sweepstakes, or process any other information on our behalf to provide services available at our Site. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Go Rhino (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).

As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer, email, and visitor information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. We may also transfer such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or dissolution.

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, Go Rhino will not disclose personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to enforce our Terms of Use, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our Site; and (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Go Rhino, our users or others.

We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our Site or services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful, as determined in our sole discretion. Release of your personal information for security purposes, as described in this agreement to any person or entity under any circumstances shall be based on a determination made solely by us, exercising our own discretion, permission for which is expressly granted by you to us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain services.

Go Rhino may allow other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements on the Site. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the Site. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content.

We do not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent. However, please note that if an advertiser asks us to show an advertisement to a certain audience and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers or ad networks. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control, the activities of such advertisers.

Go Rhino uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Go Rhino or the Site and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, Go Rhino makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. While we strive to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Go Rhino does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information to, or on, this Site. In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. California Do Not Track Disclosures

California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b) (as amended effective January 1, 2014) provides that California residents are entitled to know how a website operator responds to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser settings. DNT is a feature offered by some browsers which, when enabled, sends a signal to websites to request that your browsing is not tracked, such as by third party ad networks, social networks and analytic companies. Go Rhino does not currently take actions to respond to DNT signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. For oversized items, we must ship via LTL “truck freight”, which comes in an 18-wheeler truck and requires the customer to be present upon delivery. These items include, but are not limited to:

Customers are eligible to make a return according to the following guidelines:

• Returns must be approved in advance with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Returns received without an RGA will be refused at the customer’s cost (freight).
• All item(s) returned for refund or exchange must be in a new or resaleable condition, which means the product is in its original packaging and includes all installation hardware, instructions and other paperwork. Returned products will be inspected and photographed upon receipt. Handling fees of up to 25% may be charged for repacking and/or special processing.
• All returns must be within 30 days of invoice, with the exception of warranty claims

Special Order items are non-returnable.

Items shipped in error by Go Rhino® will be reshipped at the expense of Go Rhino® or appropriate credit will be issued.

Shipping Claims must be filed by the customer with the carrier at time of delivery. If it is necessary to refuse shipment because of damage, you must notify Go Rhino® immediately.

Missing Shipments/Items: In the event that a shipment is lost, notify Go Rhino® within 48 hours so that a tracer can be filed on the missing package with the carrier. Go Rhino is unable to process your claim without this notification.

To request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), Please send an email to our Customer Care team with the following comments and attachments:

Our Black Powder Coat has a Semi-Gloss finish to it. We also have the alternative Textured Black Powder Coat finish.

Yes, we can send out replacement parts for only new orders that show up in a box that’s in good condition. Send a copy of the receipt proving that the purchase was within 30 days, photos of the damaged parts, and a photo of the product label on the box to [email protected] We will work on replacing the parts once we have received all three items from you.

Please take a screenshot of the product page and website that you purchased the product from and send it to [email protected] We will work with the website to get you the correct part and to make sure the picture is correct in the future. Some websites use generic photos that may or may not match with the part.

Please refuse the package and the freight company will file a claim with us so we can generate a replacement order to be sent. Please notify the company that you purchased the part from that the package was refused.

If you did not purchase your product through us directly here at gorhino.com, we recommend that you contact the website that you purchased it from. Most eCommerce websites have some sort of money-back guarantee so you will need to go through them for a return or exchange.

No, the warranty only covers the cost of the part itself.

Our products will throw off your front sensors as they will detect the product in front of your car instead of other objects.

In order to fully install the BR10 Front Bumper, you will need the BR10 Front Bumper Replacement as well as the BR10 Winch Tray as it is a two-piece install.
The BR5 Front Bumper includes the winch tray in the single part number.
Jeep BRJ40 Front Bumpers can be installed with the center piece only. The optional end caps and light mount bars allow complete customization.
Optional light plates and light bar are not required for the bumper.

The majority of our sidesteps mount onto the body of the vehicle, just like factory sidesteps while a few mount to the frame of the vehicle.

Since each front guard is vehicle-specific and not universal, it will not work.

Yes. Due to our unique 3 piece modular design, our 3000 Series allows you to add brush guards at any time.

You may have seen pictures online that show both colors. Our old design came with aluminum step pads however they are still available for purchase separately here.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS GO RHINO, ITS DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DISTRIBUTORS, VENDORS AND AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, RESULTING FROM, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, YOUR USE, UNLAWFUL USE OR OTHER MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR SERVICES, YOUR BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO THE BUSINESS WE CONDUCT ON THE SITE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY POTENTIAL OR ACTUAL COMMUNICATION, TRANSACTION OR DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND ANY OTHER MEMBER, USER OR THIRD PARTY), ANY CONTENT POSTED BY YOU, OR ON YOUR BEHALF, OR POSTED BY OTHER USERS OF YOUR ACCOUNT TO THE SITE, ANY USE OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY A THIRD PARTY PROVIDER, OR ANY USE OF A SERVICE OFFERED BY US THAT INTERACTS WITH A THIRD PARTY WEBSITE, INCLUDING ANY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE. YOU SHALL COOPERATE AS FULLY AS REASONABLY REQUIRED IN THE DEFENSE OF ANY CLAIM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR OWN EXPENSE, TO ASSUME THE EXCLUSIVE DEFENSE AND CONTROL OF ANY MATTER OTHERWISE SUBJECT TO INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU, AND YOU SHALL NOT SETTLE ANY MATTER WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN CONSENT. THIS SECTION SURVIVES TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Go Rhino imposes certain restrictions on your permissible use of the Site. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate any security features of the Site, including, without limitation, (a) accessing content or data not intended for you, or logging onto a server or account that you are not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or any associated system, service or network, or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (c) interfering or attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, by means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mail bombing," or "crashing"; (d) using the Site to send unsolicited email, including, without limitation, promotions, or advertisements for products or services; (e) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or in any posting using the Site; or (f) attempting to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce or attempt to reduce to a human-perceivable form any of the source code used by Go Rhino in providing the Site. Any violation of system or network security may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not use "bots", spiders or intelligent agent software (or similar technologies) for any purposes other than accessing publicly posted portions of the Site and only for purposes consistent with this Agreement. You may not circumvent any access or use restrictions, data encryption or content protection related to the Site. You may not data mine the Site or in any way cause harm to the Site.

Go Rhino reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site and/or Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice at its sole discretion. You agree that Go Rhino shall not be liable to you, or to any third party, for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site and/or Services.

Headings in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to other or similar breaches. This Agreement, including the documents referenced herein, shall constitute the entire agreement and understanding between Go Rhino and you with respect to use of the Site and/or Services and supersedes any and all prior agreements and understandings of the parties with respect to the subject matter addressed herein. This Agreement is binding on the parties hereto and their successors and assigns. If any provision in this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect as if no invalid or unenforceable provision had been part of this Agreement.

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE LIMITED AND EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN OUR PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY, ALL USE OF THIS SITE, ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES CONTAINED HEREIN, OR PROVIDED AT, OR PURCHASED FROM, THIS SITE, AND ANY FUNCTIONALITY OR SOFTWARE OR PROGRAMMING CONTAINED IN, OR PROVIDED AT, THIS SITE, IS PROVIDED ON AN ‘AS IS’ BASIS WITHOUT GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY, PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND THAT (A) OPERATION OF OUR SITE AND/OR SERVICES WILL BE CONTINUOUS, TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR THAT THIS SITE OR ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL EFFECTS; (B) THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS; (C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE EFFECTIVE, TYPICAL, ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; AND (D) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR INFORMATION PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR BE FREE FROM MISTAKES, ERRORS OR DEFECTS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

FURTHER, WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS SITE IS WITHOUT WARRANTY AS TO ITS COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, ACCURACY, SUITABILITY OR AUTHENTICITY. GO RHINO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY USER.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GO RHINO OR ITS AFFILIATED OR RELATED ENTITIES OR ITS VENDORS OR CONTENT PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES (WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR OTHERWISE), INJURY, CLAIM OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER BASED UPON OR ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE OR SERVICES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE OR SERVICES, OR ANY MATERIALS ON THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE AND SERVICES.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE LIABILITY OF GO RHINO FOR ANY DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR SERVICES, ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED AT, OR FROM, THIS SITE, OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO GO RHINO FOR USE OF THIS SITE, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

This Agreement and any claim or controversy relating to or arising from the use of this Site or Services, including, but not limited to, any purchases or other transactions made or entered into at this Site, any information, content, products, services or promotions herein contained or provided from this Site, or any functionality, software, or programming contained or provided at, or from, this Site (hereafter, "Claims"), shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to principles of conflicts of law and, as applicable, the laws of the United States of America. All Claims shall be decided by one arbitrator pursuant to this provision and the commercial arbitration rules and procedures of our choice located in Texas. All Claims shall be brought solely in the parties’ individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s Claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding with respect to any such Claims. NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND EACH PARTY HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. No arbitration award or decision will have any preclusive effect as to issues or claims in any dispute with anyone who is not a named party to the arbitration. Any proceeding to enforce this arbitration agreement, including any proceeding to confirm, modify, or vacate an arbitration award shall be conducted in the Superior Court of the State of Texas, in and for the County of Webb or, where applicable, the federal District Court sitting in the County of Webb, State of Texas. Likewise, in the event that this arbitration agreement is for any reason held to be unenforceable, any litigation shall be commenced only in the federal or state courts located in Webb County, Texas. You hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

BY USING THE SITE AND/OR SERVICES IN ANY MANNER, YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT. IN DOING SO, YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT TO ASSERT OR DEFEND ANY CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND US. YOU ALSO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR OTHER CLASS PROCEEDING.

We offer this industry leading warranty because we believe in our quality, craftsmanship, and most importantly, our dedicated team.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers your product(s) for their lifetime (as opposed to your lifetime or the lifetime of your vehicle). Inevitably, even the best made, well used (and well loved!) products eventually wear out; top quality materials deteriorate, and paint fades depending upon the environment where the product is used. Should you need to contact us about your product(s), we will use our judgment to assess whether your product is covered under the warranty policy, or whether it may simply be time to replace it.

To help us take care of you under this warranty, you may be asked for information regarding your purchase of the Go Rhino product(s) and to supply photos that show the defect(s). If your product is deemed to have failed due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair it without charge, or replace it. Except as stated below, we’ll even ship the product back to us and to you at no cost (provided your warranty return is accompanied by an RGA number).

Go Rhino offers an industry best five (5) year finish warranty on all of its products properly installed per provided instructions except those listed below under the Limited One Year Finish Warranty. Go Rhino branded products are warranted to the original owner against red rust, peeling, flaking and / or cracking for five (5) years from the date of purchase. So when your Go Rhino gear shows wear & tear (as all things do), you can be confident you’ve gotten the most out of your gear and your experience.

If your product(s) covered by this warranty fails due to a finish defect, we will, at our discretion, repair it without charge, or replace it. Proof of purchase and photos of the damage may be required to better understand the issue and assist in addressing it. All shipping charges due to a finish warranty are the responsibility of the purchaser / owner.

Go Rhino is not responsible for lost inbound or outbound packages. All warranty returns must be accompanied by an RGA number.

In limited instances, certain products such as frame mounted Rock Sliders and Skid Plates, are presumed to make contact with rocks or other foreign material that may cause premature scratches and/or damage to the powder coated finish. In such limited instances, the affected product(s) will be covered by a Limited One (1) Year Finish Warranty. All such products will be advertised and marked accordingly.

Tip: The best method for maintaining the finish on your product(s) to help avoid a warranty claim, is washing regularly with car wash soap and rinsing well with water. You must also protect the finish with nonabrasive automotive wax on a regular basis. Note that the use of any compound which contains abrasives is self-defeating as the compound scratches the finish and opens it to corrosion. The use of harsh chemicals used to remove bugs and tar may also cause the finish to fail and should not be used.

Go Rhino offers a one (1) year limited warranty on all electronic products / components. This includes power bar kits, actuators, LED lighting, winches, and other electronic devices. These Go Rhino branded products are warrantied to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If your product(s) covered by this warranty fails or is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair it without charge, or replace it. Proof of purchase and photos of the damage may be required to better understand the issue and assist in addressing it.

All shipping charges due to an electronics warranty are the responsibility of the purchaser / owner. Go Rhino is not responsible for lost in-bound or out-bound packages. All warranty returns must be accompanied by an RGA number.

This warranty covers the proper and intended use of the product. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of finishes and materials over extended time and use
• Alteration, misuse, mishandling, accident or collision, negligence and neglect, improper care, improper application and / or damage due to improper installation
• Use of the product with other third-party product(s) which fail
• And on rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our warranty / return policy.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by flood, chemical fallout, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters.

This warranty does not cover labor, installation labor, third party alterations, such as custom paint and / or finish, towing, and rental car charges, all of which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser /owner.

This warranty does not cover incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages. This warranty represents the total liability of Go Rhino for any product to which it applies. Go Rhino makes no other warranties or representations of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, and all implied warranties including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. Some states, provinces and nations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, nation to nation.

All warranty returns must have an approved RGA number. The RGA number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the return package. All approved warranty returns must be shipped to the address specified on the RGA form assigned by our Customer Service department.

Go Rhino reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Limited Warranty at any time and in Go Rhino’s sole discretion.
